We utilize food-grade approved pumps when handling consumable products and ensure all equipment, including flow meters, is properly calibrated to prevent overloading or underloading. The loading process is carefully monitored to meet the approved capacity, safeguarding both the product and container. Once loading is complete, the area of the Flexitank is inspected for any signs of leakage to ensure the Flexitank is ready for safe transport.

Before unloading, a thorough inspection of the container is carried out to ensure it is in good condition, with all locking mechanisms secure and no signs of leakage. The seal condition is checked and recorded, along with verifying seal numbers, cargo weight, and Flexitank details against the delivery receipt. Throughout the discharging process, the left container door remains closed to maintain safety and structural stability.
Unloading Procedure
The Flexitank unloading process begins with a careful inspection of the valve components to ensure they are in proper condition. The appropriate coupling size is verified, along with the presence and thickness of the inner seal ring, to ensure a secure connection. For food-grade products, only approved pumps and equipment are used to maintain product integrity.
Throughout the unloading process, trained personnel remain on-site to monitor the operation and respond to any issues that may arise. Once all cargo has been successfully discharged, the valve is closed, the pump is shut off, and the connection is safely removed to complete the operation.
Recycling
For an environmentally friendly solution, the polyethylene and polypropylene materials used in the flexitank can be recycled under certain circumstances.

Recycling and/or incineration are the preferred methods for flexitank disposal. The receiver should ensure that the flexitank is disposed at an authorized facility that complies with local environment regulations that apply to both the flexitank and the cargo it transports.

Disposal in landfill facilities is considered to be a safe and approved method for flexitank disposal in most countries. Prior to landfilling, the valve and air vent should be removed from the flexitank and the flexitank itself should be cut into pieces (no larger than 1sq.m). The material can then be delivered to a designated and authorized company, which complies with local and environmental regulations.
