Container Liner

Protective and Efficient Container Liner

Standard FIBCs (Bulk Bags) are currently the most widely used type of bulk bags across various industries. Available in numerous varieties, they can be fully customized to meet specific customer requirements, including different sizes, antistatic properties, and enhanced safety features. The followings are the FIBCs that we provide for our clients:

Standard Container Liner

Depending on the cargo’s characteristics, as well as the loading and discharging facilities, we can design and manufacture custom-made container liners, offering tailored solutions for bulk liners and transportation needs.
Construction :
PE Film, PP/PE Woven, Aluminium Film
Applications Products :
Chemicals : PTA, PP, PE, PET, PC, PBT, PA66, PAM, PVC, Catalyst, Carbon Black, Alumina, Fertilizer
Agricultures and Foods : Grain(flour, wheat, malt, corn), Beans(soybean, coffe, cocoa), Sugar, Salt, Nuts, Milk, Feeds, Seeds

PE Container
Liner

To meet the high demands for cleanliness, sanitation, and waterproof protection, the PE liner is fully heat-sealed to ensure 100% leak-proof performance, maintaining a clean and secure environment to safeguard the cargo inside.
Applications Products :
Chemical : PET, PBT, PC, PP, PE, PTA, PVC, PS, PAM, Carbon Black, Alumina, Catalyst
Foods : Flour, Sugar, Salt, Milk, Coffee Bean, Malt, Rice, Soybean, Feeds

PP/PE Woven SeaBulk Liner

The woven liner is a high-strength, wear-resistant solution ideal for transporting chips, pellets, and other granular cargo. Cost-effective and easy to use, it is widely utilized for loading grains such as malt, corn, soybeans, and coffee beans.
Applications Products :
Chemical : PP, PE, PET, PBT, PC, PA66, PA66, PS resin.
Foods : Malt, Corn, Wheat, Soybean, Coffee Bean, Feed.

Fluidzing Container Liner

The Fluidizing Liner is specifically designed to enhance the discharge of bulk, hard-to-flow cargo from container liners. It features a patented fluidizing air system, integrated across the entire bottom surface to facilitate efficient unloading.
Construction :
Inner Liner is 100~160mm thickness, PE/AL/PA/PE, PET/AL/PA/PE, SPE/PA/AL/PA/SPE,
Oxygen Transmission Rate: <0.1cm3/(m2·24h·0.1Mpa)
Water Vapor Transmission Rate: <0.1g/(m2.24h)
Applications Products:
Flour, Starch, PIA, Alumina, Coal Ash, Cements and others.

Single-Bar SeaBulk Liner

We offer a cost-effective and highly efficient packaging solution for dry bulk granular products such as plastics, resins, and grains. This system requires only one steel bar at the doorway bulkhead, reducing the need for 3 to 4 bars typically used in standard SeaBulk liners, thereby saving both materials and labor.
Applications Products:
PP, PE, PET, PBT, PC, PA66, ABS, Wheat,Corn,Soybean, Coffee Bean, Malt

Zipper Container
Liner

For conveyor loading and agricultural grains such as malt, wheat, corn, soybean, and rice, the Zipper Container Liner is an ideal choice to enhance both loading and discharging efficiency.
Applications Products:
Soybean, Coffee Bean, Malt, Feed, Corn, Cocoa Bean, Nuts, Wheat, Seeds.
