FIBC (BULK BAG)

Flexible FIBC Bags, Solid Load Protection

Standard FIBCs (Bulk Bags) are currently the most widely used type of bulk bags across various industries. Available in numerous varieties, they can be fully customized to meet specific customer requirements, including different sizes, antistatic properties, and enhanced safety features. The followings are the FIBCs that we provide

Standard Bulk Bag

Based on cargo characteristics and loading and discharging requirements, we design and manufacture custom-made bulk bags. We provide comprehensive bulk‑bag and transportation solutions.
Construction :
Tubular, U-Panel, 4 Panels, Baffle
Hanger :
Cross Strap, Corner Strap, Bottom Strap
Applications Products :
Chemicals : PTA, PP, PE, PET, PC, PBT, PS, PA, PAM, Alumina, Carbon Black, Fertilizer, Kaolin, Catalyst.
Foods : Grains(Flour, Starch, Wheat, Malt, Corn), Beans (Soybean, Coffee, Cocona, Nuts), Sugar, Salt, Feed, Seed.

Baffle Bag (Q Bag)

Big Bags (Q Bags) incorporate internal baffles that maintain a consistent, uniform cuboidal shape, effectively preventing any side bulging. Designed to save storage space and improve safety, they offer high efficiency in container loading and warehouse transfer operations.
Applications Products :
Chemical : PTA, PP, PE, PET, PC, PBT, PS, PA, PAM, Alumina, Carbon Black, Fertilizer, Kaolin, Catalyst.
Foods : Grains (Flour, Starch, Wheat, Malt, Corn), Beans(Soybean, Coffee, Cocona, Nuts), Sugar, Salt, Feed, Seed.

Food Grade Bulk Bag

These bulk bags are primarily designed for food products and applications demanding high levels of cleanliness and hygienic materials. We employ a systematic, rigorous QC inspection process to ensure full compliance with food‑grade requirements.
Applications Products :
Chemical : PET, PE, PBT, PE, PC and others
Foods : Flour, Starch, Tapioca, Sugar, Coffee bean, Grains, Malt, Soybean, Corn, Salt.

Big Bag with Aluminium Film Liner

Aluminum Film Liner Bags, also known as Battery Materials Jumbo Bags, provide an effective packaging solution for protecting hygroscopic materials. Specifically designed to safeguard contents from moisture and oxygen ingress, these liners offer superior barrier properties by reflecting up to 95% of radiant energy, ensuring optimal preservation and product integrity.
Construction :
Inner Liner is 100~160mm thickness, PE/AL/PA/PE, PET/AL/PA/PE, SPE/PA/AL/PA/SPE,
Oxygen Transmission Rate: <0.1cm3/(m2·24h·0.1Mpa)
Water Vapor Transmission Rate: <0.1g/(m2.24h)
Applications Products:
PA6, PA66(Nylon resin), PLA, PBAT, EVA, EVOH resin; Medicine materials; LIB‌(Lithium-ion Battery): LiFePO, NCM/NCA/NMC, Lithium Carbonate, LMO(Lithium manganate), LCO(Lithium cobalt oxide); Graphite-Anode; CNCI(Cyanuric chloride).

Type-C
Big Bag

Type‑C FIBCs feature integrated conductive pathways achieved by weaving carbon tapes into both the fabric and webbing. For food‑grade applications, silver tapes replace carbon to uphold strict hygiene standards without compromising conductivity.
To ensure safe operation during filling and discharge, each Type‑C bag must be properly grounded. Every groundable unit undergoes comprehensive conductivity testing and is clearly labeled to verify its compliance with safety requirements.
Applications : Flammable powder products

FIBC Bag Types and Features

FIBC bags are available in a variety of design types, construction styles, and hanger (loop) configurations to suit different bulk handling needs. From U-panel and circular designs to cross-corner and side-seam loop options, each bag is engineered for optimal strength, stability, and ease of handling.
