Food Grade Flexitank

Our Food Grade Flexitanks are designed for the safe and efficient transport of food liquids. All materials and processes comply with global food-grade standards, including FDA and EU regulations, this includes from sourcing and storage to production.
Applications : Cooking Oil, Olive Oil, Palm Oil, Syrup, Water, Sobitol, Soy, Vineger oil, Saki, Additives.

Chemicals Liquid Flexitank

To address the corrosive nature of chemical liquids, our Chem Flexitanks are engineered with specialized PE film and anti-corrosive valves. These features ensure enhanced safety, stability, and reliability throughout the transportation process.
Applications : Plasticizer, Latex, Polyether, Propylene Glycol, Polyols, Shampoo, Detergent, Brightener, Fertilizer, Ink, Base Oil, Lubricating Oil, White Oil, Hydraulic Oil.

Wine Flexitank
(High-Barrier）

To address the corrosive nature of chemical liquids, our Chem Flexitanks are engineered with specialized PE film and anti-corrosive valves. These features ensure enhanced safety, stability, and reliability throughout the transportation process.
Applications : Red Wine, Juice and other require high barrier for Oxygen.

High-Temp Flexitank

For transporting high-temperature liquids, our Flexitanks use modified PE film to withstand high temperatures during transit, safely handling liquids loaded between 60°C and 90°C. Special S-Flexitank Available in volumes ranging from 15,000 to 24,000 liters.
Applications : Liquid bitumen, paraffin, Chemicals with high temperature.

Special
S-Flexitank

S-Special Flexitank suits various applications, including special containers, reefers, trucks, wagons, and water storage. This Flexitank has a large capacity that ranges from 5,000–24,000 liters and temperature resistance from -20°C to 60°C.
Constructions : Flexitank system plus PP Belts.

Truck Flexitank
(T-Flex)

Our patented Truck Flexitank (T-Flex) is a specialized solution for land transport of bulk non-hazardous liquids. Installed directly in trucks, T-Flexitanks serve as protective carriers for efficient loading and transport. Available in 12,000 to 24,000-liter capacities, they are tailored to fit specific truck configurations, offering a cost-effective and practical alternative to containers or ISO tanks—especially for inland logistics.

Special S-Flexitank

The Reefer Flexitank is designed for transporting non-hazardous liquids that require temperature control. Compatible with 20- and 40-foot reefer containers, it leverages the container’s cooling function to maintain product freshness. This flexible solution reduces packaging costs and simplifies loading and unloading, saving both time and labor.

Bulk Flexitank Services (BFS) integrates advanced technologies into our flexitank bags, ensuring superior durability, safety, and efficiency for bulk liquid transportation. Our innovative designs enhance fluid flow, minimize contamination risks, and provide cost-effective solutions for global logistics.

Automatic Airvent Valve

Automatically release air pressure when it is more than 0.0065mpa, which ensures the flexitank is always safe during operation.

3-inch Butterfly Valve

  • Compared with ball valve, butterfly valve is sealed more closely and with better resistance to pressure. There is no block when valve is open, which makes liquid flow through freely and quickly.
  • In the joint position between internal valve and flexitank, a safety protection device is added. This device effectively prevents inner film layer blocking the valve, and make residual liquid the minimum after discharging.

Upgraded Protective Out Layer

Our engineers tracked and tested 1000 pieces of flexitanks at different transportation modes and conditions. We made those of the following revolutionary upgrading:
  • Protective out layer of BFS flexitanks are made of high-tech aramid fibers, and it has incomparable advantage at tension and softness against ordinary PP fiber.
  • Each 10cm between woven of the protective layer, there is a high strength zonal reinforcing rib. Their application will make an innovative upgrade in the flexitank safety area.
  • Protective out layer of BFS flexitanks is a 8m seamless tubular construction, which eliminates longitudinal seams thus more safe and reliable. Our flexitanks always work well in the normal conditions, and even some rarely emergency events our flexitanks could perform well.
